Carol Ricketts

President

My first introduction to show horses was in 1976 and I have taken an active role in the Show Horse industry over that time. I have bred horses and my family has shown horses mainly in the western equine disciplines.

Having become involved in Clubs that ran shows, for all types of horse breeds, has been a great experience and I served on the committee of the NPHA for a period of 15 years.

I was fortunate to hold the role of General Manager at the AQHA for 8 years from August 2008 to August 2016 and when I retired I moved to Cairns QLD to spend time with my grandchildren.
